Conference Announcements
- Pre-conference workshop is on Wednesday, 10th September, 2025.
- Registration: Registration begins on Wednesday 10th September from 15:00 – 17:00 at the KNUST School of Business.
- Transport: Transport arrangements will be made for movement of participants within campus; from the Bomso gate bus terminal (Commercial area) to the conference grounds.
- Catering: Snack and lunch will be served within the conference venue during the breaks. You will be required to produce a meal coupon before you will be served.
- Indemnity: While every effort will be made to take care of every conference participant, the organizers will not be held responsible for any mishaps during the conference period. Delegates must make their own personal insurance arrangements. Delegates must also take responsibility for any precious items in their possessions.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) accreditation: The conference is CPD accredited by professional bodies such as the:
- - Pharmacy Council
- - Medical and Dental Council
- - Allied Health Professions Council and
- - Nursing and Midwifery Council
- Delegates will be required to sign the attendance register on a daily basis, for the CPD certification.
- Scientific Sessions: Each day begins with keynote presentations for all participants, following which we break into separate parallel sessions. Information related to all sessions will be provided.
- Photographs: The University’s accredited photographers will be around to take pictures of events and conference moments. Participants can arrange to take pictures at their own cost.
- Information Desk: A registration and information desk will be situated in front of the auditorium of the KNUST School of Business. Registration and enquiries could be made at the following times: Wednesday 10th from 15:00 to 17:00 and Thursday 11th and Friday 12th September, 2025 between the hours of 08:00 and 16:00. All information related to accommodation and travels should be lodged here.
